i am so incredibly, totally lame

i haven't shown my face much around here because my life seems to have totally exploded lately. one of the symptoms of my chronic depression is the inability to deal with problems. i don't know how to see an out. so when a situation arises that i can't figure out, i go to ground. run. escape. and people just end up hating me, which adds to my depression, cause what's more horrible for a freaky depressed person than people hating you?!? and there are so many situations right now that are out of control in my life. forest fire size problems. and i don't know if trying to tread water right now is even worth it. i just want to sleep and never wake up. because i don't know how to fix any of it. and i don't think i can deal with the consequences.

  1. Please run, don't walk, to your doctor/clinic, wherever you can be seen TODAY and TALK TO THEM about how overwhelmed you feel, Beth! You must get help dealing with the feelings you are experiencing. Please don't continue to hide WHAT YOU ARE FEELING, because it will feel like you are sinking deeper and deeper into that dark place. You MUST get help... DO IT NOW!

  2. Beth!!! Get some help right now!!~! The world seems overwhelming right now, but give it time, you WILL be better! I don't know what your spiritual beliefs are but from the bottom of my heart I am telling you that GOD does listen and if you just turn everything over to HIM you will find peace in your heart and your life. Out here in Cyber World, there are people that care about you. There is ALWAYS tomorrow. Hang in there!!! But get some help!!!!

  3. I agree Beth. Please do get some help, to talk this through and work it out. Sometimes we loose clarity when sad or depressed and talking things things through with someone is so important. perhaps you need a different medicine? Taking action, talking about it and working through things will help you deal with current and any future problems, too. You need to learn how to deal with stuff and not get down by it. We do all learn how to do this. Some like yourself find it harder... but reaching out for help is the first step. Now! Please! Hugs, Jenni
